Amendments to the Rules
Amendment #1
Concerning Snowboarding/Skiing:
If a Pantsathon participant is going to be going on any sort of vacation or trip, all the rules of the Pantsathon are
still in place and must be followed, but if the participant is going to be participating in any snowboarding/skiing activities,
then all flannel pants or layers used for warmth must be worn underneath the Pantsathon pants with the exception that one
layer of snow pants may be worn over the Pantsathon pants.
Amendment #2 ("Don't Be A Pussy Rule")
So it has come to the Security Council's attention that certain issues have come up involving rules #8 and #11. It is
my pleasure that the security council has come up with a new amendment. This amendment has been deemed the "Don't Be
A Pussy Rule."
It states that if one is so inclined to question the fairness of any rule, especially rule #8, they should take the advice
of the security council and "don't be such a fucking pussy."
Amendment #3
It has come to the attention of the Security Council that the use of hired agents has been in question and when these
are allowed to be used. The answer is anytime and anywhere and there does not need to be permission given by the Pantsathon
Security Council, but there is one condition. If you have not already noticed, there is a link on the navagation bar entitled
"Hired Agent Form." An official Panstathon 2007 Hired Agent Form must be filled out on the occasion that a hired
agent would like to be hired and must be signed by the a) Pantsathon contestant hiring the agent b) Hired agent and c) three
witnesses to the motives of this Pantsathoner. This document must then be shown to the Security Council as proof after the
de-pantsing has actually taken place and a picture of the hired agent with the de-pantsed pants should also be shown to the
Security Council to finalize the deed.
Amendment #4
The Prom Amendment: Those noble Pantsathoners that make it as far as the end of the year are allowed to not wear their
Pantsathon pants on the day of prom, so long as they wear them the day before and continue Pantsathoning after Prom.
Amendment #5
If a severe rip or tear should appear in a contestant's pants which needs a patch to be repaired, the patch must be made
from material taken from a different part of the Pantsathon contestant's pants. While mending, the Pantsathon contestant must
abide by all other Pantsathon rules.
